OUR FOUNDER
Janis Middleton is the founder of First, Not Only Network (FNON). When she’s not using her God-given gift of connecting people, she is working as the Chief Inclusion Officer at ad agencies 22Squared and Trade School in ATL. Her purpose: is to build and cultivate environments that provide opportunities and enable ALL to thrive.
The First, Not Only Network is a space that exists to support women of color. ‘First, not only’ is a phrase Janis used during her ascend in her role. While she’s proud to be first, she believes she must lift while she climbs. The First, Not Only Network is for those who believe in bringing others along, specifically women of color.
