OUR FOUNDER
Janis Middleton is the founder of First, Not Only Network (FNON). As an Atlanta native and a graduate of Clark Atlanta University, Janis has always had a passion for building and cultivating environments that provide equal opportunities for all people to thrive.
The First, Not Only Network is a space that exists to support women of color. ‘First, not only’ is a phrase Janis used during her ascend in her role. While she’s proud to be first, she believes she must lift while she climbs. The First, Not Only Network is for those who believe in bringing others along, specifically women of color.
